Brush Twice A Day
We all know that brushing our teeth is an essential aspect of our oral health. You should be brushing your teeth twice a day for two minutes each session. It helps battle morning breath, reduces the chances of gum disease, and keeps your teeth fresh every day. When you wake up and before you go to bed to control plaque and tartar.
Floss Every Day
You should be flossing daily after your brushing routine. Flossing helps reach the spots deep in your gums and between your teeth that a toothbrush cannot reach.
Rinse With Mouthwash
Mouthwash should be completed after you finished with both brushing and flossing. Mouthwash helps prevent cavities, whiten your teeth, and kills germs that can cause plaque and gingivitis.

National Dental Hygiene Month is beneficial for adults and children alike as it encourages oral health, celebrates our hygienists, and gives you a reminder that it may be time for a new toothbrush.
